Accommodatie

Stel je voor dat je wakker wordt met uitzicht op een zonsopgang over de natuur. Of je nu alleen komt of met een vriend, je wordt hartelijk ontvangen. Als je met iemand boekt, deel je dezelfde kamer. Zo niet, dan heb je de privé-badkamer voor jezelf. Boek je met een kleine groep, dan hebben we veel kameropties en zijn er 7 bedden beschikbaar.

Eten

Snacks en voedzame soep op plantaardige basis na de ceremonie. De volgende ochtend serveren we noten, fruit, havermout, thee/koffie en toast.

Ik heb al meer dan 30 jaar het voorrecht om mensen te begeleiden in sommige van de meest betekenisvolle en uitdagende momenten van hun leven. Net als veel van de mensen met wie ik werk, heeft mijn eigen pad diepe heling gevraagd, en dat blijft bepalen hoe ik ruimte bied aan anderen. Ik geloof dat we anderen alleen zo diep kunnen begeleiden als we zelf bereid zijn geweest te gaan. Mijn pad heeft me langs therapeutische massage, medisch noodwerk, trauma-bewuste zorg, gevangeniswezen, leiderschap in de non-profitsector, heilige medicijnen, geluid en shamanistische praktijken gebracht. Hoewel de omgevingen zijn veranderd, is het doel hetzelfde gebleven: ruimtes creëren waarin mensen zich veilig genoeg voelen om weer contact met zichzelf te maken en met meer helderheid, veerkracht en authenticiteit verder te gaan. Vandaag leid ik transformatieve retreats, begeleid ik heilige medicijnceremonies, bied ik geluidsimmersies en shamanistische trommelreizen aan, en begeleid ik anderen in dit werk. Vanuit Portugal verwelkom ik cliënten uit de hele wereld. Mijn aanpak combineert intuïtie met praktijkervaring, diepe aanwezigheid met persoonlijke verantwoordelijkheid, en oude tradities met modern inzicht. Ik geloof dat heling niet gaat over iemand nieuw worden. Het gaat over herinneren wie we altijd al waren, onder de verhalen, conditioneringen en overlevingsstrategieën door. Of ik nu iemand individueel ondersteun, een groep begeleid of samenwerk met collega-professionals, mijn intentie is eenvoudig: mensen ontmoeten waar ze staan en helpen de voorwaarden te scheppen voor betekenisvolle, blijvende verandering.

Annulering en beleid

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY DEPOSIT In order to secure your place at one of our retreats/ceremonies, you need to pay a non-refundable deposit or percentage amount as stipulated for each retreat on the announcement, plus minimal processing fees. You can pay your deposit through Stripe, MB Way, or bank transfer. FULL PAYMENT You also have the option to pay the full amount of your retreat through Direct Bank Transfer, WeTravel, Stripe, MB Way. Full payment is due no later than 10 days to start date. If full payment isn’t received by the that time, your registration will be cancelled and all payments non-refunded, still being responsible for full payment (as we simply won’t be able to fill your held spot at such short notice). If you cancel with 60+ days until retreat, you will be refunded less the deposit and 50€ cancellation fee. We wish we could refund it all, but due to fees and expenses we incur on your behalf, we aren’t able to. We trust that this won’t be a concern, but want you to be reminded in case you should need it. We have invested in you to come and enjoy this retreat; we’re deeply committed to this work and we are excited you have committed to the same! HELD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or Force Majeure. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, I cannot refund your deposit as it covers costs to hold your place and expenses of the venue. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, Force Majeure, natural disaster, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving a retreat center and accommodations. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Spots are also non-transferable. If you CANCEL < 30 DAYS TO START DATE, the entire amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you CANCEL 30-59 DAYS TO START DATE, you will receive a 50% refund or you can transfer your registration, less the deposit, to another upcoming retreat within 3 months. If you CANCEL 60+ DAYS TO START DATE, you will be refunded less the deposit and a 50€ admin fee. IF WE CANCEL ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS In the very unlikely case that we cancel any of the retreats/events, and provided that the retreat center/venue refunds our own deposits, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare, travel or any other costs incurred like processing fees or currency discrepancies between time of booking and time of refund. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to weather, Force Majeure, acts of God, natural disaster, pandemic, or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. FORCE MAJEURE Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under the Terms and Conditions that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: Acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. TRAVEL INSURANCE The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase cancellation/interruption insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case: • You cancel your participation in one of our retreats • The retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, force majeure or not enough participants to run the retreat • Lost baggage or personal items • Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured. TRANSPORT TO AND FROM RETREATS We can organize the airport transfer for you, or we can help you work out other transportation options. However, travel arrangements to and from the site of the retreats are entirely your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancelations of your flights, taxi or bus rides.
