Destination weddings and wedding weekends in the Netherlands

Planned end to end from Amsterdam. The venue, the days around it, the hotels, the coaches and the boats, the suppliers and the night itself: one plan, one point of contact, everything in writing.

Any guest count. The example below is for 500.

  • Castles & country estates
  • Tulip-season gardens
  • Fort islands
  • Event ships
  • City venues

What we handle

Everything between your guests landing and their flight home

01

Venue sourcing

Castles and country estates, gardens in tulip season, fortified islands, event ships and city venues. We find the ones that can take your guests on your dates, and get their answers in writing.

02

A programme across the days

Welcome drinks, the main night, a free day for guests to see Amsterdam, and the party. Each day with its own venue, timings and transport, planned as one weekend.

03

Guest transport

Coaches in waves, so early and late guests both travel well. Chauffeured cars for close family. Boats wherever the water is the way in.

04

Hotel room blocks

Rooms held for your guests in hotels that suit the programme, so nobody has to hunt for a bed in a busy week.

05

Suppliers

Caterers, florists and decorators, bands and DJs: briefed, quoted and scheduled against one timeline.

06

On the day

The timeline run for you, from the first coach out to the last one home, so you and your families can be guests at your own wedding.

A tulip-season wedding weekend for 500 in Amsterdam

Must be true
Tulips in the photographs, and an evening that works in any weather
  1. Thursday

Arrivals, and welcome drinks among the tulips

Guests arrive and check in to the hotel blocks in Amsterdam. In the evening, optional welcome drinks among planted tulips at a show garden near Lisse, on one of the garden’s private evenings, which run from 18:30 to 22:30.

  2. Friday · the main night

Black tie at a castle estate among the bulb fields

Ceremony and a seated dinner for around 500 at a 17th-century castle estate among the bulb fields near Lisse, about 40 minutes from Amsterdam. Dinner is in a marquee on the estate, so the evening works in sun or rain. In the afternoon, a walk and photographs in the tulip gardens next door, which are planted with late varieties to flower into May.

  3. Saturday

    A free day in Amsterdam

Nothing scheduled: a day for guests to see the city at their own pace.

  4. Sunday

    The party

A club, a harbour venue or a boat, chosen to suit the crowd.

  5. Monday

    Departures

    Guests travel home.

How it works

From a few lines to one plan

  1. 1

    Your brief

A guest count, your dates or a rough window, and anything you already know. A few lines are enough to start.

  2. 2

    A venue shortlist, in writing

Venues that can take your guests on your dates, each with its availability and its quote in writing.

  3. 3

    Site visits

We set up visits to the venues on your shortlist, so you see them before you choose.

  4. 4

One plan, one point of contact

Venues, hotels, transport and suppliers in a single plan, with one point of contact for all of it, until the last guest is on their way home.
