For retreat leaders questions

How do I list my retreat on RetreatBird?

Tell us about your retreat through the work-with-us page and we'll help you get set up. Listings are reviewed before they go live so the marketplace stays genuinely handpicked, which is part of why travellers trust it.

I received an invitation to claim my listing — what is that?

We build out listings for well-regarded retreats and invite the people who run them to take ownership. Your invitation includes a private link and a short PIN. Entering them lets you preview the listing we've prepared, correct anything, and claim it as yours — nothing goes live under your name without your say-so.

What does it cost to list, and how does commission work?

There's no upfront charge to list. We earn an agreed commission on bookings that come through the marketplace, so our success is tied to filling your retreat. You see and agree the commission terms before accepting — there are no hidden deductions.

How do I manage availability, dates, and pricing?

Once you've claimed a listing you get a dashboard to edit every part of it — dates and packages, pricing, accommodation, photos, the programme, and more. Update availability as your calendar fills so travellers only ever see places you can honour.

How and when do I get paid?

Because guests book directly with you through the marketplace, you keep the relationship and the payment, less the agreed commission. The exact settlement timing is covered when you set up your account so everything is clear from the start.

Can I edit my listing after it's live?

Yes. Your dashboard stays available so you can refine descriptions, refresh photos, adjust pricing, and add new dates whenever you need. Keeping a listing current is the simplest way to attract more of the right guests.
