Cancellation policy
Every booking on RetreatBird includes a 72-hour grace period: cancel within 72 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as the retreat is more than 14 days away. After that, the retreat leader's cancellation tier applies.
Cancellation tiers
Full refund up to 30 days before the retreat start date.
Full refund up to 14 days before; 50% up to 7 days before.
50% refund up to 14 days before; deposit non-refundable after.
Some retreat leaders set their own terms. The exact policy is shown on the listing.
How refunds are processed
Deposits are held securely until your retreat begins. If you're eligible for a refund, it's returned to your original payment method. The remaining balance is paid directly to the retreat leader, so any balance refund is arranged with them under the tier shown on your booking.
