RetreatBird for Companies
A retreat your team raves about — without the planning spiral
Send us your team size, dates, and budget. Within a few business days you get three venue options with availability already checked, a draft agenda, and a line-item budget — free. Approve it, and we run everything to the final invoice.
Retreat venues on the marketplace, with direct lines to the people who run them.
Countries covered today — from Alpine lodges to island resorts.
Proposal with venues, agenda, and budget. Yours to keep either way.
One team owns all of it
A retreat has four jobs. Do them in-house and they land on whoever sighed last in the meeting. With us, each one has an owner — the same owner.
Venue & destination sourcing
We shortlist real, available venues from our marketplace and our direct relationships with retreat leaders — matched to your team size, season, travel time, and budget.
Agenda & itinerary design
Working sessions, workshops, team-building, and genuine downtime — sequenced so people come home closer and clearer, not exhausted.
Travel & on-site logistics
Arrivals, transfers, rooming lists, dietary requirements, A/V, and the hundred small details — coordinated for you, with one person accountable.
Transparent budgets
A line-item budget you can read at a glance, agreed before anything is booked. No hidden margins, no surprise extras on the final invoice.
Everything handled, nothing assumed
A retreat is a few hundred small decisions wearing a trench coat. We take all of them off your desk — and put every one in writing, so “I thought you booked that” never happens.

Built on a marketplace, not a brochure
Most planners start with a venue PDF. We start with a live marketplace: 160+ retreats across 31 countries, run by leaders we speak with directly. That means real availability, honest pricing, and venues that already host groups like yours every month.
And because RetreatBird is the marketplace, there’s no broker chain marking things up between you and the venue — the budget you approve is the budget that gets spent.
- Direct relationships with retreat leaders and venues
- Availability checked before a venue ever reaches your shortlist
- EU-registered company — clear contracts and invoices
How it works
Six steps from first enquiry to final invoice — and you can stop free of charge after step two.
- 1

One short email: what you want the retreat to achieve — connection, planning, celebration — plus team size, rough dates, and budget comfort zone. Five minutes, no meetings, no commitment.
- 2
Free proposal
We come back with destination options, venues whose availability we've already confirmed, a draft agenda, and a line-item budget for each option. Free, and yours to keep.
- 3
Confirm the plan
Pick a direction and we refine it together — venue, dates, agenda, and budget locked in writing before you spend anything beyond the deposit.
- 4
We plan, you watch
One point of contact runs vendors, logistics, and timelines, with regular check-ins and a shared tracker so you always know exactly where things stand.
- 5
Retreat week
Everything is confirmed, reconfirmed, and scheduled — and we're on call throughout, so your organisers get to actually attend their own retreat.
- 6
Wrap-up

Corporate retreat FAQs
How far in advance should we book a corporate retreat?+
Three to six months is comfortable for most teams; large groups or peak seasons (May–June, September–October) deserve more lead time. With less runway we simply shortlist venues that still have genuine availability — it's a smaller list, not a worse one.
What does your planning service cost?+
The proposal is free. If you go ahead, we agree a flat planning fee up front — written into the same line-item budget as everything else. No percentage markups hidden inside vendor prices.
What group sizes do you work with?+
From a six-person leadership team to company-wide offsites of a few hundred. The venues we shortlist always match your real headcount — we'll tell you honestly when a property is too small or too big.
Can you work with our budget?+
Yes — budget is one of the first things we ask, and every proposal stays inside it. We'd rather show you three great options you can actually approve than one showpiece you can't.
Do you handle international teams flying in from different countries?+
That's most of our clients. We coordinate arrival windows, group transfers, and rooming so a team landing from five countries still starts the retreat together on day one.
What happens if something goes wrong during the retreat?+
You have a named contact on call for the whole retreat, every confirmation in writing, and backup options for the pieces that most often wobble (weather plans, transport, dietary needs). Problems get solved without your organisers leaving the room.
