Company retreats · any size
A hotel sells you a corridor of rooms and a windowless meeting suite. A retreat centre sells you the building. That is the trip this page plans, whatever the headcount: the leadership week, the exec offsite, the whole company in one place. Of the 111 venues here, 7 state whole-venue hire, 29 state a workshop or meeting space, 38 state meals are included and 24 name their nearest airport.
It is also the size the market skips: offsite planning is built around blocks of hotel rooms, and a block of twelve is not worth a sales team’s afternoon. Nobody is competing for that brief. We would like it.
That is a judgement about the market, not a figure we counted — so we have not attached one to it. Everything else on this page is derived from the catalogue when the page renders, and we would rather leave one claim visibly unquantified than print a statistic we never measured next to numbers that are real. If you want it checked, it is a single question to whoever else you are talking to: what is your minimum group size?
Tell us how many people. We shortlist only venues that have stated they can take a group that size, email those venues about your dates, and send you one document with the line-item numbers already worked out. Free, no deposit, and yours to keep whether you book or not.
A 12-person leadership week, three nights, venue line only: €3,024 at the simpler end, €5,076 in the middle, €12,744 higher up — from 111 rates the venues published themselves. Put your own headcount in one screen down and the total moves with it. Our planning fee is not folded into those figures; it is its own row on the same table.
Send the brief on Tuesday afternoon. Read the plan with your coffee on Thursday morning. Forward it to finance before standup.
Forty, eighty, two hundred? Here is the spec of the document at that size — the listed catalogue tops out at 40, and above it we source: 49 venues across 13 countries are already verified, 8 of them stating 80 or more, and at that size the shortlist is not capped at three.
