Why travel out-motivates cash

Memory beats money

A bonus disappears into a bank account. A week your winners didn't think they were allowed to have becomes the story they tell for years — with your company in it.

Recognition in public

An incentive trip is recognition the whole company watches happen. The award dinner photo does more for next year's pipeline than any leaderboard email.

Your best people, closer

Winners spend a week with leadership and each other. The relationships made on the trip quietly become your retention plan.

What we design

A great incentive is a campaign, not a booking. We build all four layers.

Program & qualification design

Clear, motivating rules: who qualifies, how progress is shown, and when winners are announced — designed so the chase is as energising as the prize.

Destination & venue

Reward-grade venues from our marketplace and partner network — places that feel like a prize the moment the announcement lands.

Winner experience & comms

From the congratulations email to the welcome gift in the room: announcements, registration, partner invitations, and pre-trip touches that build anticipation.

On-trip moments

Awards dinner, surprise experiences, free-time options, and the photos to prove it — choreographed so every winner feels individually seen.

Celebration dinner at sunset

How it works

Five steps from idea to award night — free until you lock the reward.

  1. 1

    Goals & criteria

What behaviour is the trip rewarding, who can win, and how many will travel? We help shape rules that actually move the number.

  2. 2

    Free proposal

Destination options with venues we've already vetted for availability, a draft trip design, and a line-item budget per winner — free and yours to keep.

  3. 3

    Lock the reward

Choose the destination and we secure venue, dates, and budget in writing — ready to announce to the field with confidence.

  4. 4

    The chase

While your team competes, we handle winner comms, registration, partners, flights, and every logistical detail behind the scenes.

  5. 5

    The trip

Winners arrive to a flawless week — and your leadership gets to celebrate with them instead of running logistics.

Four ways to wow your winners

Island escapes

Beachfront resorts, private dinners on the sand, and absolutely no laptops.

Alpine lodges

Big views, fireside award nights, and pistes or hiking trails by day.

Cultural capitals

Five-star city stays with chef tables, private tours, and late nights.

Wellness resets

Spa-led resorts where the reward is coming home genuinely rested.

Incentive travel FAQs

What budget per winner should we plan for?+

Workable incentive trips start around the price of a good bonus and scale up from there. Tell us your comfort zone and we'll show you what it honestly buys at three different levels — flights in or out, partners included or not.

Should partners and spouses be included?+

If you can, yes — it roughly doubles the emotional value of the reward and makes the qualification chase a family project. We design partner programs so plus-ones are guests, not afterthoughts.

How far ahead should an incentive program launch?+

Announce the destination when the qualification window opens — typically six to twelve months before travel. The earlier the field can picture the trip, the harder they chase it. We can secure venues that far out.

Can you run the announcements and registration for us?+

Yes. Winner announcements, invitations, registration, dietary and travel preferences, partner invites, and the pre-trip drumbeat — we run it all under your brand, with your sign-off on every message.

What if our winner count changes late?+

It usually does — someone closes a monster quarter. We contract venues with sensible flex on the room block and keep a buffer in the budget, so a late winner is a celebration, not a crisis.

How is this different from booking a nice hotel ourselves?+

The hotel is maybe a third of it. The difference between a holiday and an incentive is design: the announcement moment, the partner experience, the awards night, the surprise on day three. That choreography — plus one accountable contact and a transparent budget — is what you're hiring.
