This 11-day, 200-hour hybrid yoga teacher training in Montezuma, Costa Rica is designed for practitioners who want to either deepen their personal practice or step into teaching with confidence and skill. Set in the lush Puntarenas Province along Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, the program immerses you in a multi-style curriculum. You will explore several yoga traditions rather than a single lineage, giving you a versatile foundation you can carry into any studio or home practice. The training balances two goals that often pull in opposite directions. Mornings and afternoons are spent refining your own technique, alignment, and breath work. In between, you will study the methodology, philosophy, and communication skills needed to guide others safely and authentically. Montezuma itself becomes part of the learning environment. This small coastal village, known for its waterfalls, wildlife, and laid-back rhythm, offers a natural backdrop that supports focus and reflection. The setting encourages you to absorb the material without the distractions of a busy city. Over three weeks, you will move through a structured progression that builds week by week. Expect dedicated time for asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and the ethical roots of yoga. The extended format lets concepts settle so you can integrate them rather than rush through them. Whether you arrive hoping to teach professionally or simply to commit to your own growth, the course meets you where you are. Graduates leave with a 200-hour certification and, just as importantly, a clearer sense of how yoga fits into the life they want to build.

An eternally grateful student, she has trained in countless schools and traditions of the practice and teaches a fusion of the styles she has studied with a strong emphasis on breath, awareness, and anatomical integrity. Leah teaches workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings both internationally and online.

Flughafentransfer: Airport transfers are available on the first and last day of the training. The group airport shuttle leaves the airport at 2pm, so please schedule your arrival accordingly. If you'd like to take the group airport shuttle back to the airport on the last day of the course, please schedule your departure for no earlier than 2pm.
Visum: Depending on what passport you hold, most countries are eligible for a visa-free 90-day entry.
