Unterkunft

The Advanced Retreat takes place at a spacious retreat centre surrounded by private forest in Helvoirt, the Netherlands. Participants stay in shared accommodation, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for rest, reflection, connection and time in nature throughout the weekend.

Essen

Fresh, nourishing meals are prepared on-site by two private chefs and are an integral part of the retreat experience. Meals provide time to slow down, reconnect and share with the group between programme elements. Dietary requirements can be accommodated where possible when communicated in advance.

The retreat takes place at a spacious and secluded retreat centre in Helvoirt, North Brabant, surrounded by private forest and nature. The setting provides extensive indoor and outdoor space for ceremony, breathwork, reflection and connection, as well as opportunities to spend time alone in nature. Its peaceful and private surroundings are an important part of the Advanced Retreat, creating a sense of stepping away from everyday life for the full three-day experience.

The retreat takes place in Helvoirt, North Brabant. The nearest major train station is ’s-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch), approximately 15 minutes from the retreat centre by car or taxi. Participants travelling by public transport can travel by train to ’s-Hertogenbosch and continue from there by taxi. Participants often coordinate their travel with one another before the retreat, making it possible to share taxis or rides where convenient. Detailed arrival information is provided before the retreat.

Niels van der Valk

Niels van der Valk Founder & Retreat Director Founder of Elevated Mind Retreats, Niels guides participants through preparation, ceremony and integration. His own experience with psilocybin during burnout inspired the creation of the retreats and continues to shape their philosophy today. As a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, he focuses on creating a safe, grounded environment where participants can explore meaningful and lasting change.

All bookings are subject to review of the participant intake form. Participation is confirmed only after written approval by Elevated Mind Retreats. If participation cannot be approved following intake review, any payment made will be refunded in full. Once participation has been confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies: 63 days or more before the retreat: Full refund minus a €45 administration fee Between 62 and 46 days before the retreat: 50% refund minus a €45 administration fee 45 days or less before the retreat: No refund At the Organiser’s discretion and when possible, a transfer to a future retreat may be offered for valid reasons. A €45 administration fee applies.

As a certified Trauma Release Practitioner, she brings a gentle, grounded approach to emotional processing and integration. Her presence helps participants feel seen, supported and able to engage fully with their experience.

Tinus van der Linde

Facilitator

Tinus facilitates breathwork sessions and supports participants throughout the retreat with a calm, grounded presence. As a Certified Trauma Release Coach, he helps participants reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system and integrate their experiences. His steady approach creates a sense of safety throughout the retreat.
