However, because our retreats are intimate experiences with limited availability and require advance planning and financial commitments, the following cancellation policy applies to all retreat bookings. Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 90 Days or More Before the Retreat: Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. 60–89 Days Before the Retreat: Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. 30–59 Days Before the Retreat: No refunds will be issued. Less Than 30 Days Before the Retreat: No refunds will be issued. Additional Terms: * No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, or unused retreat services. * All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. * Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method. * We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.
