At Finca Soley, horse connection and yoga come together: body awareness, breathing, and clear intention guide both practices. Groundwork, liberty, and mindful riding help participants develop a deeper understanding of horses, while a small group of just eight allows for personal guidance. Set on a family-run finca in Costa Rica’s lush mountains, the retreat combines hands-on learning with nature, local experiences, and time to reconnect with yourself.

Isa is the co-founder of Finca Soley and brings over 20 years of experience working with horses. Her approach combines natural horsemanship, liberty work, and French classical dressage, with a focus on clear communication, trust, and the horse’s physical and emotional well-being. With warm, personal guidance, she helps beginners and experienced riders develop body awareness, understand their horses, and build a deeper connection.
