3 Day Liquid Breathwork Certification Teacher Training in Arizona

This three-day breathwork teacher training in Mesa, Arizona is designed for yoga teachers, massage therapists, and other wellness professionals who want to add breathwork facilitation to their practice with genuine depth and clinical grounding. Your instructors bring complementary expertise. Ryan Mc Burney carries nine years of experience and 284 hours of training across three certifications, while Shelby Von Oepen contributes a nursing background as an RN and BSN. Together they've developed a surrender-based approach rooted in respiratory physiology, somatic awareness, and real clinical safety. This is not hyperventilation theater. There is no screaming, no performative intensity. Instead, you'll learn to sense what is actually happening in the room and to hold space for it. The methodology blends multiple breathing techniques with hands-on practice so you develop both the felt understanding and the practical skill to guide others. The curriculum covers three core areas: self and breath mastery, the art of facilitation, and breathwork marketing. That last piece matters — you leave not only certified but equipped to build and promote your own offerings, whether you are starting from scratch or expanding an existing toolkit. Class size is capped at eight, which means real mentorship rather than lecture-hall anonymity. You'll practice facilitating and receive direct feedback from instructors who can actually watch your work closely. The intimacy of the group is central to how the training functions. Set in the Phoenix metro area, the training takes place over three focused days. Mesa's desert landscape offers a quiet, grounded backdrop for inner work, and the compact format makes it accessible for working professionals who cannot step away for extended periods. You'll finish with a Liquid Breathwork certification and, more importantly, the confidence to use it. The goal is a methodology you trust and skills you can put into practice the moment you return home.
