🌿 PAÏKEA ORGANIC KITCHEN Fresh • Organic • Homemade • From our Garden to your Table At Païkea, food is an essential part of the experience. Our organic garden is more than a garden — it is part of our kitchen. We believe that nourishing food should be fresh, seasonal, wholesome and delicious. Much of what you enjoy during your stay comes directly from our organic garden, while the ingredients we source are carefully selected to be organic whenever possible. 🌱 FROM OUR GARDEN TO YOUR TABLE From our garden come many of our eggs, fresh fruits, herbs and ingredients for our homemade aguas frescas and daily snacks. Everything is prepared fresh, with simple ingredients and lots of love. We use only organic avocado, coconut and olive oils, homemade artisan bread, organic dairy and plant-based ingredients, and our sauces, dressings and salsas are prepared fresh every day. Our menu changes with the seasons and with what is growing in our garden — making every stay at Païkea a little different. Good food grown with intention, prepared with love, and shared around the table.

The small town of Arroyo Seco, just 5 minutes drive away, has 358 inhabitants and preserves the authentic essence of traditional Mexico characterized by the simplicity and joy of its people. The community embraces a sustainable lifestyle with fishermen and farmers working in harmony with nature. In its streets, you'll encounter chickens, donkeys, horses, cows, and goats, along with families gathering at sunset. Born in Hawaii, my passion for surfing has led me to live in deep connection with nature and to share respect, balance, and gratitude for it. I am committed to guiding those who wish to find freedom and balance in their lifestyle. My mission is to help you strengthen your body, your mind, and your relationship with nature—through Pilates Reformer, breathwork training, or the techniques I’ve learned over more than three decades—teaching you how to enjoy nature while cultivating well-being and confidence in yourself. Cancellation & policies

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS: - To reserve your spot, we require 50% of the total retreat cost. - The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to the retreat start date. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: - Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. THE REFUND POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: - More than 90 days before the retreat starts: your deposit and payments will be refunded, minus a 14% processing fee. - If there is a waitlist, your spot will be filled and your deposit will be refunded, minus the 14% processing fee. - If you are able to fill your spot with another participant, you will be refunded the total amount paid minus the 14%. - If you cannot fill your spot, your deposit will be non-refundable. - Within 30 days of the retreat start date: no refunds will be given unless you are able to fill your spot (or there is a waitlist). In that case, you will be refunded the total amount paid, including the deposit, minus a 14% processing fee. - You may transfer your reservation to another participant; all payments and deposits will be transferred in full minus the 14%. - It is your responsibility to collect payment from the new participant; no refunds will be issued without a clear payment transfer agreement. - No refunds or partial credits will be given to participants who do not complete the retreat, or for late arrivals or early departures. - Paikea Mexico reserves the right to cancel retreats for any reason; in such case, all payments will be refunded in full.

Daniel Pardo guides our ancestral ceremonies and therapeutic healing practices.

Originally from Colombia and a resident of Mexico for more than 20 years, Daniel has dedicated his life to the path of well-being, spirituality, and the art of sound. A practitioner of Hatha Yoga and the Red Road through Sun Dances and temazcales, he integrates into his practice a deep connection with Mother Earth and the elements. Passionate about music from an early age, more than six years ago he began offering Sound Healing sessions, in which he fuses sacred instruments, chants, and frequencies that invite an inner journey. His approach combines sensitivity, presence, and ancestral wisdom, guiding each participant toward states of deep calm, clarity, and heart expansion. In every session, Daniel creates a safe and mystical space where sound becomes medicine: an invitation to remember our essence, release tension, and reconnect with joy and inner peace.

Yolanda

Mexican Chamana, Curandera & Body Healer, Yolanda is a mexican chamana, curandera, and body-centered healer whose work is rooted in ancestral wisdom, embodied healing, and the deep connection between the body, emotions, and spirit. For years, she has devoted her practice to supporting people through trauma-informed massage and bodywork, creating spaces where the body can soften, release, reconnect, and feel safe. Her approach weaves together therapeutic massage, intuitive bodywork, traditional healing practices, and other somatic therapies designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and reconnection with the body. Her work is deeply influenced by Mexican ancestral traditions and women’s healing practices passed down through generations. She also facilitates sacred cacao ceremonies and women’s ancestral circles, creating intentional spaces for connection, reflection, ritual, and community. In retreats, Yolanda brings a powerful combination of skilled hands, ancestral knowledge, intuition, and compassionate presence. Her sessions invite participants to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom held within their own bodies. Her work is ultimately an invitation to return to yourself — through the body, through ancestral connection, and through the healing power of being deeply held and witnessed.
