Master Shajesh guides participants through the Tantra approach to Gayatri meditation, mudra practice, healing techniques, and pranayama, alongside philosophy from the Aananda Nath lineage. The retreat also includes kirtan and a sound healing session. Each morning begins with Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation before breakfast. Sessions with Shajesh follow, exploring the philosophy and practical applications of the Gayatri Mantra. After lunch, the schedule opens up entirely for rest or island exploration.
