It is shaped around you rather than a fixed programme, and it runs in one of three ways: you come to Anca in the Greater Toronto Area, Anca travels to you; or the whole retreat runs virtually. Anca's own preference is virtual or in the GTA, and international locations can be arranged on request. Anca is a award winning hypnotherapist, trauma specialist, coach and published author. Her practice has been named Best Hypnotherapy Practice in Canada and has received the Canadian Choice Award and the Quality Business Award. Across the two days she combines hypnotherapy, vibroacoustic sound sessions using her own sound medicine, somatic and energy work, breathwork and meditation.
