Full programme

1. Day 1Arrival & settling in

   Arrive at your private accommodation after 16:00. The first evening is intentionally unstructured, giving you time to settle in, slow down and prepare together for the experience ahead.

2. Day 2Breathwork & psilocybin ceremony

   Your dedicated facilitator joins you in the morning for preparation and guided breathwork. Each participant confirms their own dosage level based on their intentions, experience and comfort before beginning the guided psilocybin truffle ceremony. Your facilitator remains with you throughout the ceremony and stays overnight. Vegetarian dinner is provided following the experience.

3. Day 3Integration & departure

   The morning begins with breakfast followed by an integration session, with space to reflect on what emerged both individually and together. Departure is between 10:00 and 11:00.

Accommodation

Your Duo Retreat takes place in carefully selected private accommodation in the Netherlands, giving both of you exclusive use of the space throughout your stay. The setting is chosen to provide privacy, comfort and a calm environment where you can step away from everyday life and focus fully on the experience. You stay for two nights, with your dedicated facilitator remaining overnight following the psilocybin ceremony.

Food

Vegetarian meals are provided as part of the retreat. Dinner is served following the psilocybin ceremony, with breakfast provided the following morning. Meals are nourishing and selected to complement the retreat experience. Dietary requirements can be accommodated where possible when communicated in advance.

About the retreat leader

Elevated Mind Retreats

Elevated Mind Retreats works with experienced facilitators who provide dedicated one-to-one guidance throughout the Private Duo Retreat. Your facilitator supports you through preparation, guided breathwork, the psilocybin ceremony and integration. They remain with you throughout the ceremony and stay overnight, providing continuity and personal support as the experience unfolds and settles. Before the retreat, participants complete an intake and screening process and have a personal preparation call. The focus throughout is on providing a grounded, personalised experience with space for reflection and integration.

Cancellation & policies

All bookings are subject to review of the participant intake form. Participation is confirmed only after written approval by Elevated Mind Retreats. If participation cannot be approved following the intake review, any payment made will be refunded in full. Once participation has been confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies: 63 days or more before the retreat: Full refund minus a €45 administration fee. Between 62 and 46 days before the retreat: 50% refund minus a €45 administration fee. 45 days or less before the retreat: No refund. At the Organiser’s discretion, and where possible, a transfer to a future retreat may be offered for valid reasons. A €45 administration fee applies.

Fleur Bekke

Facilitator

Fleur Bekke is part of the Elevated Mind Retreats facilitation team and supports participants throughout preparation, ceremony and integration. She creates a warm, compassionate environment where participants can explore their experience at their own pace. Her calm presence and attentive guidance help participants feel supported before, during and after the retreat.

Lisette Laurens

Facilitator

Lisette supports participants throughout the retreat journey and helps create a safe, welcoming atmosphere. As a certified Trauma Release Practitioner, she brings a gentle, grounded approach to emotional processing and integration. Her presence helps participants feel seen, supported and able to engage fully with their experience.
