Mother Daughter Sacred Healing Retreat February 18-22,2027. A sacred space for mothers and adult daughters to understand the patterns between them, speak with greater honesty, and reconnect from a place of compassion. The Relationship We Carry The mother-daughter relationship can hold extraordinary love—and layers of history. Roles, expectations, unspoken hurt, inherited beliefs, family patterns, protection, loyalty, and misunderstanding can become woven into the relationship over time. This retreat is not about deciding who was right or wrong. It is an invitation to understand what each of you has carried, what may no longer belong in the relationship, and what a more conscious connection could look like now. What We Explore • Family and generational patterns • Communication and emotional safety • Roles and expectations within the relationship • Boundaries without disconnection • Grief, forgiveness, and what may need to be acknowledged • Individual identity beyond the mother/daughter role • How to create a new relationship in the present The Retreat Experience The retreat blends individual and shared healing work with ceremony, nature, rest, nourishing meals, movement, and time to integrate. Not every part of the retreat is done together. There is room for each person to have her own process and receive individual support.
