I’m Patricia, and I hold the space for ÍNSULA to become a soulful fulfilling experience. I am a photographer and bodyworker (practicing Myofascial Energetic Release) born and raised by the sea in IBIZA. This retreat captures the essence of everything I love in life: human connection, shared rituals, nourishing food, adventurous hikes, silence, dance, creativity… The sun is our main character. The sea, our favorite stage. I’m endlessly fascinated by wild nature and raw beauty, and I find joy in the little things. I live between IBIZA and BERLIN — two “islands” I’ve shared my heart with for many years now. Traveling the world has shaped me deeply. It still does. I seek contrast and follow my intuition. In each ÍNSULA retreat, I care for the space, the energy, and the women who feel called to join us on this transformative journey. I’m deeply grateful for their presence, their trust and their truth. In this retreat I share what I learn and discover along my life path. It is a space to grow, to feel, to soften, and to come back to what really matters.
