8 Day Awaken Your Truth Live Experience Retreat in Costa Rica

The 8 Day Awaken Your Truth Live Experience is a yoga retreat in Uvita, Costa Rica, designed for practitioners who want to go deeper without pursuing teacher certification. Over 7 days in Puntarenas Province, guests explore yoga as a lived discipline rather than a set of postures to perform. Set where rainforest meets the Pacific coast in southern Costa Rica, the retreat environment itself becomes part of the curriculum. Uvita's lush landscapes and ocean horizons offer a natural container for slowing down, breathing consciously, and reconnecting with what matters. Each day blends physical practice with deeper study alignment principles, sequencing logic, yoga philosophy, and subtle anatomy, alongside modern insights from nervous system science. The goal isn't abstract learning but practical integration, giving you tools that translate directly into everyday life. Rather than simply helping you unwind, this week focuses on recalibration. You'll learn to recognize stress responses in real time, regulate your own nervous system, and move from reactivity toward responsive, intentional living. Guided inquiry sessions help anchor these shifts. By the end, participants walk away with a self-guided home practice that can grow with them not a rigid routine but a flexible framework rooted in self-trust and embodied awareness. This retreat suits dedicated yogis seeking depth without the demands of a formal teacher training program. Yoga stops being something confined to a mat and becomes a lens for how you relate, decide, and move through the world. You return home not just rested but fundamentally reoriented — clearer in body, steadier in mind, and equipped to keep the practice alive wherever you are.
