13 Day 100 Hour Yin Yoga & Bodywork Teacher Training, Bali

This 13-day, 100-hour Yin Yoga and bodywork teacher training in Bali is for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to integrate hands-on touch into their practice and teaching. Set in Indonesia, the program combines the deep stillness of long-held Yin poses with somatic bodywork techniques to support nervous system regulation and physical release. Over the course of the training, you will learn how to offer safe, intuitive touch that helps students unwind tension and feel more at home in their bodies. The curriculum covers reading individual body patterns, sequencing with clear intention, and holding space with grounded presence. You will practice both giving and receiving bodywork within a Yin framework, building trust and sensitivity. By the end, you will be equipped to lead Yin Yoga classes that incorporate mindful bodywork, as well as offer private one-on-one sessions focused on assisted Yin release. This training opens a path toward greater embodied awareness, inner balance, and authentic connection with yourself and others.
