This 13-day, 100-hour teacher training in Ubud, Bali, is designed for yoga practitioners and teachers who want to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga and learn how to weave sound healing into their classes. Over nearly two weeks, you will explore the foundations of Yin Yoga through the lens of the five Taoist elements and the body's meridian pathways.
