What does it cost to enquire?
Nothing. Sending an enquiry is free, needs no account and commits you to nothing. There is no booking fee: you pay the venue its own price.
How does RetreatBird earn money then?
The venue pays us a commission on bookings we bring it. We add nothing to the venue's price.
What counts as accommodation, events or other?
Accommodation is somewhere your group sleeps: a whole house, villa or lodge. Events are spaces to hold something: a room, a barn, a garden. Other is the rest: studios, boats, rooftops. Many venues are more than one.
Do you confirm availability before I book?
Yes. We ask the venue about your dates and group first, and only come back with what the venue has confirmed to us in writing.
I own a venue. How do I get listed?
Use the three-step form at the bottom of this page: your venue's details, your photos, and the partner terms. Listing is free; we earn a commission only on bookings we bring you. Nothing goes live until we have written your page in our own words and checked it.
