7 Day Organic Juice Fast, Sound Healing, Spa Detox Retreat, Bali

This seven-day detox retreat at Green Point Retreats in Bali is designed for travelers who want to press reset on their physical and mental wellbeing through organic juice fasting, daily spa care, and hands-on wellness and cultural activities. The core of the program is a structured juice fast featuring fresh smoothies and cold-pressed juices made from locally sourced Balinese produce. Rather than simply restricting intake, the fast is paired with daily spa treatments that support the body's natural cleansing rhythms and help guests stay relaxed throughout the process. Each day brings a balanced rhythm of nourishment, rest, and gentle movement. Beyond fasting and spa sessions, the retreat weaves in a varied schedule of activities. Guests can join yoga classes, practice Tai Chi, take part in a Mandala Workshop, or learn to cook traditional dishes in a hands-on cooking class. These sessions are intended to keep the experience engaging while encouraging a deeper connection to Balinese culture and to one's own sense of inner calm. Green Point Retreats sits surrounded by some of Bali's most striking natural scenery, offering a quiet, restorative setting that feels far removed from the bustle of everyday life. The combination of fresh air, lush landscapes, and a supportive community of fellow guests creates an environment where genuine renewal feels not only possible but natural. Travelers considering a visit during November or December should check availability with the retreat before completing a booking, as dates during these months may be limited.
