One: the venue, at its own published rate × your headcount × your nights — in Spain that rate runs €81 to €467 per person per night, and it is on this page rather than behind an email form. Two: our planning fee — one flat figure for the whole booking, by group size (€2,500 under 30 people · €4,500 for 30–59 · €7,500 for 60–99 · €12,000 for 100 or more), fixed in writing before anything is booked and shown as its own line in the same budget you approve. It is payable only if you ask us to run the booking, and it is never a percentage of what you spend. Venues may pay us a commission; yours is written in your plan.
