3 Day Longevity & Anti-Aging Retreat at The Detox Barn, UK

This three-day longevity retreat at The Detox Barn in Suffolk, England, is designed for anyone who wants to age well — with energy, mental clarity, and a sense of humour intact — rather than simply adding years to life. Your hosts are the Gavin sisters, former comedians who pivoted into wellness guidance. Their style is refreshingly grounded: no mystical jargon, no solemn silences, just genuine warmth and a lot of laughter woven through every session. They believe feeling your best shouldn't feel like a chore, and their down-to-earth approach puts even the most wellness-skeptical guests at ease within minutes. The programme centres on the idea of healthspan over lifespan. Rather than chasing extremes, the sisters focus on sustainable habits that support vitality well into later life. Expect practical, science-informed discussions on how to keep your body and mind thriving, paired with gentle movement and plenty of time to simply breathe in the Suffolk countryside. Set in rural England, The Detox Barn offers a quiet, restorative backdrop for the weekend. The peaceful surroundings give you space to step away from daily demands, slow down, and reconnect with what actually makes you feel good. It is the kind of place where fresh air and open skies do half the work. What sets this retreat apart is its tone. There is no pressure to be perfect, no rigid dogma to follow. The Gavin sisters keep things light, real, and genuinely fun, making the whole experience feel less like a wellness boot camp and more like a restorative weekend with people who happen to know a great deal about staying healthy. If you are curious about longevity but put off by earnest wellness culture, this Suffolk retreat offers a rare middle ground. It is approachable, evidence-minded, and proof that taking care of yourself can be something you actually look forward to.
